SDP RECONDITIONING & REPAIR
Complete reconditioning of Self-Discharging Pipes (SDPs) for self-unloading bulk carriers. Services include thickness gauging, crack detection, structural welding repairs, internal coating renewal, flange refacing, and certification under class attendance with detailed survey reports.
CLASS SURVEY & ATTENDANCE
Full support for periodic, special, and damage surveys related to cargo hold equipment. We coordinate with classification surveyors, prepare technical documentation, conduct witness testing, and ensure all work meets IACS requirements for ABS, DNV, LR, BV, ClassNK, RINA, KR, CCS, and IRS.
MARINE ENGINEERING & DESIGN
Complete engineering solutions including technical drawings, structural calculations per Class rules, material selection to IACS specifications, welding procedure specifications (WPS/PQR), and fabrication/installation procedures. All designs submitted for Class approval prior to fabrication.
